Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

Joseph Basso

Joseph Basso is a co-founder of Pinnacle Life Group and serves as Chief Executive Officer.

Before being named CEO in early 2024, Joe helped lead staff operations, client acquisition, marketing, and recruiting. Before Pinnacle, he co-founded and built multiple companies that grew to multi-eight-figure revenue and continue today.

Joe entered financial services to help families, train agents, and develop other entrepreneurs. His nearly 15 years of entrepreneurial experience — and a passion for mentorship — shape how Pinnacle invests in the people around him.

Gabriel Ericson

Gabriel Ericson is a co-founder of Pinnacle Life Group and serves as President.

Before being named President in 2024, Gabe was a top producer who recruited and trained agents nationwide and personally mentored hundreds of agents into top production and agency building. Before Pinnacle, he co-founded an insurance agency that grew to over a million a month in sales within its first year, and led sales teams across multiple direct-sales industries for nearly a decade.

Gabe’s earlier path was in ministry — including inner-city youth work in Chicago and missionary service in West Africa. He has founded multiple orphanages and continues that work alongside building Pinnacle.

Paul McClain

Paul McClain began in financial services at 19 and quickly distinguished himself as a leader and top producer — ranking among the top 10 producers nationwide for 10 consecutive years.

Over his career he built one of the largest agencies in the country, issuing more than $20,000,000 in premium every month and training thousands of agents. He is known for equipping others with proven systems, mindset, and leadership principles.

Beyond business, Paul founded a health center to help children and families facing life-threatening illness. Married for 18 years and a father of five, his leadership is rooted in faith, family, and generational impact.
